IF ONE OF OUR PRODUCTS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUR SKIN, PLEASE RETURN IT TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS AND YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND

If you would like to return or exchange products under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, please email our customer service department at contact@baiebotanique.com for return instructions.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. Original or return shipping costs will not be refunded.
2. Please use a return method with tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages.
3. The guarantee can only be used once per product and once per order, meaning if you order our Rose Renew Serum, you can only return it once for a refund or exchange under the guarantee.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days of receiving your package. Please contact us if you do not receive your refund within 14 days after receipt.
5. This guarantee applies to consumers and not to commercial users.
6. This guarantee does not apply to orders of more than one single item, i.e. do not purchase items in bulk until you have tried the product and know you are happy with it. Bulk orders will be shipped with no return policy.
7. If you purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them.
8. Excludes gift sets, samples and non-cosmetic products such as muslin cloths, which are covered by our standard returns policy.
