GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

ARE BAIE BOTANIQUE PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR VEGANS AND ARE THEY NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS?

  • All our products are suitable for vegans. Due to our commitment to a cruelty-free and plant-based lifestyle, we do not use any animal ingredients.
  • We do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals, only ourselves.
  • We are certified vegan and cruelty-free by PETA (PETA = People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals).

CAN I USE BAIE BOTANIQUE PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY OR BREASTFEEDING?

  • None of our products contain ingredients in amounts that should cause concern during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or while trying to conceive. However, certain products contain ingredients such as essential oils that some women may wish to avoid completely during pregnancy. As with other products, we recommend seeking the advice of a healthcare professional when using any personal care product during pregnancy or breastfeeding. The ingredients of each product are displayed in the "Active Ingredients" description.

DO YOUR CREAMS HAVE A SUN PROTECTION FACTOR?

  • Our face creams do not contain SPF ingredients. We recommend using additional sun protection if you are outside for long periods of time.
  • Our Rose Renew Organic Face Cream contains 5% glycolic acid, so we recommend wearing a suitable sunscreen when using products containing AHA (alpha hydroxy acid), as products containing these ingredients tend to provide natural exfoliation and increased cell turnover.

CAN I BE ALLERGIC TO AN INGREDIENT IN A BAIE BOTANIQUE PRODUCT?

  • Although allergic reactions to our products are very rare, if you suspect an allergic reaction, please stop using the product.It is possible to be allergic to any ingredient, including essential oils and other natural ingredients.If you suspect you have hypersensitive skin, we recommend that you always test a new product first in a small amount on one area, preferably the crook of your arm, and wait 24 hours. If you experience redness or tingling, you are welcome to return the product and get your money back.

THE PUMP DISPENSER ON MY PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING. WHAT CAN I DO?

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?

  • Yes, all our products are gluten-free. Our vitamin E is not derived from wheat germ oil.

  • Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.

I HAVE COMPLETED AN ORDER AND WOULD LIKE TO REDEEM A DISCOUNT CODE FOR IT AFTERWARDS. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
