Purchasing a Baie Botanique gift voucher constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read these before purchasing. Baie Botanique reserves the right to cancel a voucher if necessary.
REDEEMING A GIFT VOUCHER
Baie Botanique gift vouchers can only be redeemed on www.baiebotanique.com . The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another voucher.
GIFT CERTIFICATE VALUES
A gift voucher can be loaded with €10, €25, €50 or a maximum of €100. This limit cannot be exceeded by combining individual gift vouchers or transferring credit.
GIFT VOUCHER VALIDITY
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this date, the remaining balance will be deducted and the card can no longer be redeemed.
GIFT CERTIFICATE DELIVERY
After payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to your active gift voucher. You can then forward this voucher directly to your recipient's email address. This email link contains a unique code that can be redeemed at checkout against the recipient's order.
PROBLEMS WITH GIFT VOUCHERS
If the code is not applicable to the contents of your shopping cart but is within the valid period, please contact customer service at support@baiebotanique.com .
Please note that we are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your
unique codes and are unable to replace the code or restore your gift voucher value.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you exchange products purchased with a gift card for a lesser value, the refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment.
If the amount to be refunded is higher than the amount originally paid by gift card, the remaining balance will be refunded to the other payment method used (debit/credit card or cash).
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
