IF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUR SKIN, PLEASE RETURN THEM TO US WITHIN 30 DAYS FOR A FULL REFUND 

If you wish to return or exchange products under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee, email our customer service team at kontakt@baiebotanique.com for return instructions.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Original or return costs will not be refunded.
2. Please use a return method with tracking as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
3. The guarantee can only be used once per product and once per order, so if you order our Rose Renew Serum, you can only return it once for a refund or exchange under the guarantee.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days of receiving your package. Please contact us if you have not received your refund within 14 days of receipt. days after receipt.
5. This guarantee applies to consumers and not to commercial customers.
6. This guarantee does not apply to orders of more than a single item, i.e. do not buy items in bulk until you have tried the product and know that you are happy with it. Bulk orders are shipped without the right of return.
7. If you have purchased your product from another retailer, please return it to them.
8. Excludes gift sets, samples and non-cosmetic products such as muslin cloths, which are covered by our standard returns policy.
